	Insulated Steel Pipe Production Line

I Brief introduction of the line:

This line is specially designed for producing polyurethane insulated steel pipes for various pipelines. The largest pipe diameter is 1220mm, the max. length of pipe is 11800mm. There is no limitation of the polyurethane foam thickness. The line is comprised of following items:

1.1 High-pressure polyurethane foam injecting machine GZ(Y)-220

1.2 HDPE pipe lining machine

1.3 Hydraulic foam generating table

II Working flow:

Steel pipe preparing → lining HDPE enclosure → loading to the foam generating table → injecting polyurethane into the space between steel pipe and HDPE enclosure → removing insulated pipe from the table
